Civic atlas makes it easier for local municipality, real estate developers, and contractors browse building permit data
Due to the lack of a centralized source from government, real estate developers must manually gather data from multiple public records, making the development research process incredibly time consuming.
⚠️ Problem: users find filters and permit results difficult to digest
A new data pipeline and richer filter options are introduced but there is no intuitive way to discover, multi-select, and utilize these filters.
